The Gym.. and the workout

After a week of my makan2 here and there, I need to be back in shape again and get rid of the access baggage.. so gym it is laaa.. since my broken arm is still not fully heeled, i just hafta do light exercise and no heavy weight lifting for a year.. So, i'm just doing a light cardio.. jogging on the threadmill & situps.. ..and a long stay in the steam room for a nice steam bath.. The place is empty today, probably because of weekend.. and I'm gonna be here again tomorrow and the day after for a regular workout..
