This is a place I’ve been looking forward to go. The place is strategically located within the heart of TTDI, along the shop rows behind Celcom Centre.
It is quite a huge Ramadan Bazaar that offers even a greater amount of good food for break fast. They have this campaign to bring their own container to reduce the usage of unwanted plastic bag and plastic container. There’s announcement here and there to inform the visitors, and some may even be given a prize if they are seen using their own container. Good campaign for Mother Nature. As usual, the food offered are more or less the same. There is a must list for a Ramadan Bazaar to have sugarcane juice, murtabak, popiah and nasi biryani. Why don’t anyone come out with any other different food than all these? Gives more variety to the customers I guess.
Whatever it is, TTDI Ramadan Bazaar is a place to be. Trust me, almost all of the stalls are selling good food, you can never doubt the quality of the food served here. Some of the eye catching attractions are:
Long queue for this pakcik's popiah. It must be damn good.
Ayam Berempah looks nice, served with rice.
Nice variety of things to choose for soup. Look at the types of mushrooms to choose.
Chicken BBQ to choose… with honey in bamboo stick, or Kelantan style without bamboo stick. I chose the 2nd one.
Roti John. This is nice. I bought one of this.
This is the ever famous popiah specialized in TTDI. Bought 3 of popiah basah. Somehow it’s nicer than the fried one.
Done with food shopping. Time for berbuka at one nice restaurant in Damansara Perdana.
Lights thru the tree
What’s for sahur? I had an early sahur for the first time. Still got a lot of Burger King coupons to use. So we stopped by Burger King at Petronas Damansara to fill up our stomach.Got myself a French Chicken Large Value Meal with free Chicken Royale for my friend. Yummy yummy! The drinks are refillable, so we lepak2 for a while before driving home safely. I’m really2 full. Alhamdulillah
