THE 'THING'...

A question.. what if someone tells you that there is a 'thing' that's always with you all along.. more of a bad spirit? Scary isn't it? That's what my brother told me recently and he really2 urged me to heal those a.s.a.p.. I was quite blur about it myself.. so he brought me to Kelantan for a proper traditional medication.. including mandi limau and all to get rid of 'it' totally.. I don't know why, but it's hard for me to believe all these.. I know it exists butt... errr.. never mind.. I reserve my comment.. Anyway, it's more of a soul medication and stuff..hard to explain in details.. but it's for me and also for my parents.. Said to be sent by someone who's jealous of me, which immediately makes me laugh.. ME? someone's jealous og ME? hahahhahah.. why oh why.. I can never understand!! well, What did I feel? Frankly, I didn't feel any obvious difference myself, but I'm quite shocked to see strange differences on my dad.. what difference? he doesn't have his asthma already, and he's not sick in the morning as usual anymore.. less angry, and happier face now.. may be it works for some people yeahh?
So after finishing those stuff, I went back to Ganu.. just to find myself good food to eat.. the usual Ganu dishes, keropok, Nasi dagang etc.. planned to stay longer to relax.. but time doesn't permit.. so after spending some time with my beloved parents, and more time time too getting my local food..we all drove back to KL slowly..

THE SEMPORNA TRIP

Again I was assigned for an office trip to Semporna.. and this is indeed a very short trip.. but i still can't hide my excitement over the trip.. but gosh it took me forever to get to Semporna.. flew to Tawau town and hafta take a cab that took me about 1 hour ++ to the small town of Semporna.. Gosh it is a dead town at nite, and quite scary too.. I checked in at Seafest Hotel, which is quite scary too indeed.. heheheh.. but when i woke up in the morning to a very marvelous scenery.. my goodness.. so beautiful! Went for a visit at the site in Pulau Bum Bum.. and again the scenery amazed me that sometimes I felt like I'm in Caribbeans trying to find a place to stay while enjoying the sightseeing..
Lots of packages to Mabul, Mataking and Sipadan Islands.. but with the limited time I had, I barely had time to even check out the package.. What I can assure of.. I will definitely come again for the island tour.. Next time gadget... next time!!

BUILDING REPAINTING

It's been almost a month since the apartment repainting started their work.. it's been a tensed month since all my stuff at the veranda needs to be relocated.. and that means my precious pond too.. lots of rearranging the pots and plants.. believe me, it's a mess at the veranda and outside the apartment.. Thank god they finished their job on time, and that means rebuilding my pond again.. and freedom of opening the windows and sliding door whenever i want.. Legaaaa..

ANOTHER ROUND OF ASSAM PEDAS

Another assignment in JB, and another chance to have a good Assam Pedas again.. Check out the Assam Pedas that I had.. Cooked in claypot.. came with telur masin with ulam and sambal belacan.. mine was with Ikan Merah, while my friend's set was the Ikan Pari Assam Pedas...Sodapppppp..Location - Assam Pedas house at Bandar Baru UDA, same row with Mydin Supermarket..Great food.. Life's good..

MR GYM RAKYAT

It's been a while since I checked out the the bodybuilding competitions in KL area.. and since I was around the Serdang area on Sunday, I managed to stop by and checked out whats happening.. Lots of fresh new faces.. almost all with perfect body.. makes me so envy them.. why can't I at least get those kind of body? Well, it needs a lot of sacrifices.. and me being a kaki makan, it's not an option to have it both.. need to just leave all those and start a strict routine and series of heavy gymming.. been there, done that.. and let me just say that I will try to balance of both.. it's just a matter of time!! hahahah.. Anyway.. the winner for Champ of the Champs is NOOR SYUKRI NASIR.. congratulations to him.. and the upcoming Mr Malaysia will be on 17 July.. good luck to all!

ANOTHER YEAR OF JOY..

Here comes again another year and additional number added to my age.. goshh.. if only I put the candles on the cakes, it would be so many I would lost count on it.. heheheh! Well, i do feel rather old now when it comes to the number.. nevertheless, I still feel that whatever the number is, it's hhow we treat our life that counts.. some may be young but not bold enough to take challenges to preparae themselves with the life ahead.. some may be old but still have guts try out new things.. have a work life balance..
It's how people traet their life that matters.. and that's what I'm doing.. no regrets.. All men make mistakes, but only wise men learn from their mistakes. Experience is the name every one gives to their mistakes, and anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.
So what's my birthday treat? Free lunch, a karaoke session and a good dinner.. and a gift too.. thanks to all..

THE ALOR STAR TRIP..

I have a client's meeting in Alor Star, and that makes me feel really excited to be back to a place where I grew up for 5 years during my teenage life.. yeahh.. I was schooling in Jenan during my secondary years.. and it was one of the greatest moments of my life.. so after I'm done with my meetings, I managed to visit my old school, just from the outside.. such fond memories came back liike the film flashbacks.. ohh.. how I miss those years! well.. life goes on.. After the school visit, went around for lunch, and found Dee Pumpong, a very famous place for lunching.. with not so pretty view of the dirty river, loads of food, loads of people.. but still charged at a reasonable price.. The last destination was the ever famous Pekan Rabu looking for their ikan pekasam.. smell really stinks, but the taste is marvelous.. bought some, and I know it's gonna be stinky smell along the way home.. checked out the surrounding and found Tun Mahathir's clinic around the area.. cool!and later headed back to Penang very tired..
Lunch the next day at the famous Nasi tomato nearby Sg Nyiur in front of F&N factory.. believe me, it's really good.. one should try! no.. one MUST try the taste of this nasi tomato.. superb.. excellent!!

KUCHING AGAIN.. PART 2

First thing in the morninig.. Laksa Sarawak.. checked.. crazy marvelous one of this Laksa Sarawak this time.. I don't know the name, but this one is certainly the best place that Mike has brought me for the laksa so far..
Next.. checking out Bako.. I always wanted to go to Bako National Park, and this is the second time I couldn’t go as I didn’t bring a proper sports attire.. Not letting that to spoil my day.. we just went to the jetty to check out the information about Bako, i.e. boat price, activities, accommodation and stuff.. and what shocked me is this warning sign about the existence of crocodiles nearby.. scary ok.. After checking out all the info about Bako, we went to this small village nearby to check out a nice seafood place for lunch. I don’t know what the place is called, but this is just a small fisherman village with wooden kampong house and a big temple up the hill.. Let’s check out the temple first.. This is said to be a sacred temple for Chinese where there’s a big prayer will be done here once a year. Majority of the visitors are from Singapore and considering that the parking lots are so limited, I really have no idea where they all park during the prayer session..With a hungry stomach ready to eat anything, we went for a seafood lunch at one of the restaurant here.. Ordered a lot of stuff, and sayur Midin is a must besides the udang, bamboo shot and the rest.. check it out!Perut kenyang, hati senang.. weall went back to Kuching.. and ready to go back to KL.. peacefully..
