It's high time for me to renew my passport, and out of limited time I have, I went early in the morning to the Damansara's branch to renew my passport..
the registration and payment time is quite quick and efficient,
but when it comes to the collection time, the queue was sooooooooo long and there were only 2 officers in charge to handle the collection..
waited for 2 hours for me to get my freaking passport..
long wait.. tiring and boring office.. they really hafta do something to upgrade and shorten the collection waiting time as they did to the registration counters.. get it done quick, guys..
