The Back SeatBelt..
Come Jan 1 09, it's official that everyone needs to wear the back seatbelt, no exception.. and that means the police will be doing lots of roadblocks to ensure the rules are to be followed by everyone.. 
And with that, one can imagine the hassle to go home without going thru the roadblocks at almost every main roads.. 
Pheuwww! what a hassle.. and thank god I have no back passengers, so it won't affect me that much..
