TOW Waterfall Vase for the Garden

I’m always complaining that my garden pond lacks one thing, the sound of water falling down the pond. Although I already have the middle vase with falling water, somehow it doesn’t produce the right waterfall sound.
So, I’m gonna go find the right vase that produces the best waterfall sound. Where to go? The landscape garden at Jalan Klang Lama.The lines of vases and pots of different shapes to choose from.So many choices, but I need the one with most waterfall sound, so I bought one of this finally. The place also offers so many choices of plants.What did I finally buy?

How does it look when combined with my existing garden? Taaraaaaaaaa…The sound of water falling by the garden is so soothing and calming It makes me sleepy and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz….

TOW Movies Nite@ Midvalley

Since I didn’t have a chance to watch the movie last week, today me and my friends decided to buy the tickets earlier and watched 2 movies in the row at GSC Midvalley.The first show started at 7.15pm, which means we had to break fast in the movie theater. The movie was their treat while the popcorn is on me.
The Brave OneSynopsis:
Erica Bain (Jodie Foster) is a successful NYC radio host with a loving fiancé. But her world is shattered when she is brutally beaten and the love of her life is killed. When the police are unable to help her, Erica goes on a vigilante hunt on the city streets to track down and get revenge against the men who ruined her life.*** It started off quite slow at the beginning, but slowly picked up the pace with a nice ending. The movie plot is somehow very ordinary, but the way Jodie Foster represents the character is what impressed me most. She’s one brilliant actress and definitely brings life to the movie.

Tracy Turnblad, a big girl with big hair and an even bigger heart, has only one passion--dancing. Her dream is to appear on "The Corny Collins Show," Baltimore's hippest dance party on TV. Her plus-sized figure has always set her apart from the cool crowd, which she is reminded of by her loving but overly... *** I only have time to watch the movie this week. It’s fun, entertaining and very musical, but unfortunately, it’s not for me. I somehow can’t relate why John Travolta is the mother, whereas millions of women can do that part better. Anyway, Michelle Piefer is amazingly stunning in this movie.. and to those who love musical drama kind of movie, this is a movie to watch.

Looking at all the line of eight teams, it’s hard to predict which team will make it to semi finals.All teams are equally strong in terms of skills and experiences, but my prediction will be Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and South Africa will make it further to semi finals. TOW the Marine Aquarium

Aquariums will always attract my attention. No matter how big or small the aquarium is, I will surely stop and enjoy the art and beauty of them. For me each aquarium is unique, depending on the creativity of the owner, what more with the marine aquarium which really demand the owner to be so imaginative to create the ocean scenery. As for this one, the aquarium is sited at Amcorp Mall. It is soo amazingly beautiful as the landscaper knows how to balance the color of the water plants and corals. The choices of the marine fishes also play important roles and it fits the landscape perfectly.I ended up spending 10 minutes adoring the beauty of the fishes. Wish I have one at home… soon!

TOW Berbuka @ Restoran Kapitan

Lately, I really have no idea on what to eat for berbuka already, and my brother has the same problem too. He called me yesterday asking me about any good Chicken Rice for berbuka and insisted me to join him for berbuka as well. At first we went to this stall that served splendid Chicken Rice in Taman Desa, unfortunately it was closed. Then may be Chicken Rice Shop in MidValley will do, but the traffic was so crazily congested,I decided to meet my brother at Amcorp Mall. The place to go is Kapitan Restaurant, selling only Chicken Rice and Curry Mee.The place isn't that pack so we can easily get our order immediately, just in time for berbuka. I got myself a combo set of Chicken rice, complete with the bean sprouts and Orange Juice. Surprisingly, the meal is sooo fine at only RM7.50 per set. Dropped by ‘Kedai Kaki Lelong’ next door, quite a variety of second hand goods sold there, but end up buying nothing as the ladies of the shop is so sour-faced; and they even gave me this weird look when I enter the shop. May be I don’t dress up to be in their junk shop, but then again, why should I dress up just to go to a shop that sells junk. Well, the truth is they don’t know how to practice customer service ethics with their customers; no wonder the shop is so empty. With an empty mall and the bad PR, good luck, ladies!

I need to go karaoke… The adrenalin rush of screaming out loud is high in me now.
E-Box karaoke, here I come!!

TOW My 2 Months Old Nephew

Yesterday, my newest and latest nephew was already 2 months old. It’s amazing how fast the kiddo is growing up. Somehow, I promised my brother to put his photos in the blog, so here it is.

The baby with the 2 sisters.Being a baby, he is surprisingly behaving himself, especially when many people are around. Only sometimes I heard him cried really loud at home. Here’s hoping that he will grow up being a good boy.

TOW The New Car and the Night Bazaars

My mom just bought a cute new car, VIVA. So just to try out the new car, me and my brothers decided to drive the car around KL and visit the night bazaar, at least 2 of them. It’s a new car, so the handling and driving is smooth though, and it's quite spacious inside considering it's small car. Value buy!
Back to the night bazaar, there are so many of them nowadays in KL. It’s good to see people changing their habits from loitering around unnecessarily to doing business, or at least spending their time at the bazaar. Or if you wanna buy something or go shopping for some cheap stuff, and have to time during the day, night bazaar is the place to go. Varieties of bizarre stuff also you can find here. Just go and check it out!
Night Market @ Downtown Cheras
The place is located at the Velodrome in Cheras. Since Raya is around the corner, there are so many people around shopping for raya. Variety of baju melayu, baju kurung and lots of others are sold here. Variety of scarfs on display.Nice place to take a nap from the tired night.
I’ve been here a lot since my brother has a booth here selling women clothes, brooch and stuff. So if u happened to be around, check it out.
Night Market @ Uptown Damansara
The second place to visit as my friend is helping his friends to open a stall there. So we went there to check out how it looks like.The place is covered, so people won’t have to be worried if it’s raining or stuff.
Not as interesting as Downtown Cheras, but surely attracts a hell lot of people from this area, especially youngsters to come and lepak or shopping here. Nice effort made by the government.
Headed over to Pelaga Restaurant at Sec 13, Shah Alam for an early sahur. Nice place that offers free karaoke. Took a quick meal and headed home to sleep.

TOW Rugby - England vs. Tonga

I planned to watch England vs. Tonga match on Saturday. Unfortunately just about the game to start, I fall asleep, living the TV to watch me sleeping instead. Hehehe!!
So this is a result of the game.

PARIS, 28 September – England have booked themselves a quarter-final showdown with Australia after eventually subduing a strong Tonga challenge 36-20 in the crucial Pool A match on Friday.
Four tries, including a double from flying wing Paul Sackey, plus two conversions, two penalties and two drop goals – all from the boot of Jonny Wilkinson - set up the England victory.Tonga battled gamely to overcome the half-time deficit, with fly half Pierre Hola adding a penalty, but England always looked to have their measure in the winner-take-all encounter on a greasy Parc des Princes pitch.
Early on it was Tonga who brought the red-clad faithful in the crowd to their feet when outside centre Sukanaivalu Hufanga stormed onto a beautiful ball from Epeli Taione and stepped through three would-be tacklers to score under the posts for a brilliant individual try in the 18th minute.
No sooner had Hola added the extras than his England opposite Wilkinson, in a moment of pure inspiration, elected to punt a penalty wide rather than go for the three points and a marauding Sackey took the high ball on the fly and just managed to ground it before the dead-ball line for an audacious try.
Wilkinson could not convert from wide out but the brilliant play served to ignite England's attacking fires and they camped in their opponents' 22 for the next 10 minutes. Wilkinson made the most of the pressure with a drop goal - his seventh in seven successive world cup matches - in the 32nd minute to give his team the lead for the first time in the match.Outside centre Mathew Tait and replacement back Andy Farrell crossed in the second half as the Tongans, who put up a huge effort in the opening period, began to flag.
In the end England had too much efficiency in the set-piece and polish in their far superior kicking game for the Tongans, who fought to bundle the reigning champs out of the cup right to the end.
Wilkinson gave his team every chance to pile on the pressure with big up-and-under kicks that had the Tongans scrambling in the wet conditions.
Hale T Pole scored a deserved late consolation try for the Tongans, converted from the corner by Hola.
