FRIDAY OUTING.. DINNER & MOVIE TIME

Had a crazy lepak2 session with close friends last nite @ MV.. dinner @ Delicious.. had spagetti yg tk sedap.. my friend punya salad pun mcm boring.. tak sedappp!

the session continued followed by mengeteh @ Pelita Bangsar, then midnite movie @ GSC The Gardens.. At first we wanted to hit Redbox nak melalak2 tgh malam.. but looking at the pricenya.. RM60/ pax after midnite.. gilo ka hapa? baik la pi melalak tomorrow @ Redbox Sogo lg murah and best.. heheheh!

Anyway.. the movie.. pretty awesome one.. a little fantasy movie that made me all about getting involved in the movie.. the place, the creatures, the poeple.. cool stuff.. added with the Platinum seats that we got @ GSC Gardens and a total of only 6 peeps in the huge place.. triple awesome.. heheh!

Weird and funny when my friend told me his coleague advised her not to go to the movie.. alasannya...... 'Cerita tu tak logik laaa!!!'.. aiyoooooo! mmg habis dumb blonde laaaa.. hahahhahaha.. tergolek2 kami gelak when our friend told us about that... anyway.. had a lot of fun.. nasib baik tk tidor dlm panggung..heheheheh!

SATURDAY BREAK..

The past week had been a hectic one.. with the proposals, NDA, policies, slides and neverending due dates that I hafta fulfill.. it was such a tiring week.. and I need to rest and take a break from the very much tensed mind of mine for a while.. so I woke up rather late this morning at 11am.. and I've set up my mind today not to touch on work at all.. as today will be all about the outing totally to have fun and release the weekdays tense.. so what did I do today?
1. Karaoke @ Redbox Sogo..
Sungguh membosankan... no new songs.. asyik2 dok nyanyi lagu sama je.. but the good thing was that we got a huge room.. so karok pun dengan selesanya pi balik pi mai in the big room itu..

nak jugak share suara2 sumbang that we managed to record.. but unfortunately can't upload here.. next time laaa.. next??? movie time..

2. Movie >> John Cater
The latest Disney movie.. ok la this movie isn't that bad.. only that the plot is quite slow and too many characters that is equally outstanding that they wanna highlight in the storyboard..

org hijau la.. kera putih laa.. org merah la.. the strong and pretty princess laa.. team biru lawan team merah la.. org jahat ala2 immortal laaa.. zaman koboi laaa.. the nephew laaa.. lots of characters sangat yang sangkut paut with John Carter.. heheheh! overall still cool laaa.. can't wait to watch the Avengers soon..

Those two main activities pun dah fill out the whole day.. time is flying by so fast.. Relief ka tension from today's activities? Not quite.. but at least a day off from the proposal, policy, slides and all.. kira ok la tu.. tomorrow nak kena start balik to gear up for Monday's meeting.. another hectic week next week horrrr...

THIS MEANS WAR

After a heavy lunch.. mata tak tertahan mengantuknya.. so with a very comfortable seat in the theatre and aircind yang sejuk.. mmg tertido sekejap.. he eralier part quite slow.. until its gets to the interesting part.. automatically terus mata celik and terus gelak tgk cite ni.. heheheh!The movie is so funny and very entertaining.. although i think that Reese Witherspoon needs to be replaced by a younger chick (muka tua daaa).. I still think that she's funny gilerr.. yoyo ooo je if tgk poster, fuhhh.. utmost beauty laa.. tp the reality in the movie.. hurmmpp.. if only boleh tukar muka, ok kotttt... heheheh..Some said that this movie is comparable to Mr & Mrs Smith.. which is totally soooo not true.. mana la blh lawan makcik joli dghn pkck pitt tu.. far better.. but anyway.. I really enjoyed this movie.. worth watching! Kelakar..

GHOST RIDER 2

The movie many talked about this year.. and since so many reviews about it everywhere, that means it has to be in my must watch list.. but what happened? sumpah bosan.. siap tido lg dlm panggung.. boring tgk hero tua yg mcm baca skrip je.. bosannn! The movie tu actually kira ok la.. but I wonder laaa.. awat la dia ambik hero tua yang dah tak banyak rambut and tak cool langsung dah tu? He may be very popular masa muda2 with his movie, Face off la, apa la movies lagi.. but now he is soooo not fitting the character laaa.. Spiderman pun dah cari hero baru, superman pun dah bersepah2 hero tukar, at least do something with this one la please.. sedihhhh! heheheh.. sekadar blurt out the dissatisfaction je.. jangan marah aaa..

THE MOVIE TREAT.. POTC, KUNGFU PANDA II & X-MEN..

3 Movies in the row for this week.. caused from the unmanaged maximum stress level.. all these blockbuster movies.. Pirates OTC - what more can I say.. cool stuff.. and Penelope Cruz looks stunning in a dirty dress.. sungguh cantik pirate perempuan itu kann.. and the mermaids.. fuhhh gansa sungguh.. very creative of them to turn such perception of a lovely fairy tale creature into a monster.. cool stuff! anyway.. nothing wrong with Orlando Bloom not in the movie.. but I kinda miss Kiera Knightley in the pirates dress.. miss u badly.. hehehehKungfu Panda II - a very charming movie indeed.. all the laughter till the end of the movie (though I kinda fall asleep in the middle of the movie.. hahahah).. but I hate watching it with kids.. bencik bencik.. banyak bebenor tanya pada tgk movie.. sudahnya rasa nak plaster mulut bebudak tu.. kena beli CD la tgk lagi sekali ni.. hehehehX-Men - the history of how X-Men started.. very2 interesting.. tapi I kinda distracted and really pissed off with this one fat chinese lady yg tak habis2 nak jawab call.. dah la tak reti2 nak silentkan phone.. Dey.. nak call tk pyh tgk movie la.. stupid one!
Seems like only 1 out of 3 movies that I was not distracted by people.. hahahhaha! don't understand la these people.. my advise to all.. never2 ever pi tgk movie kat Mines.. you will definitely get pissed off with the crowd.. some sembang2 dlm movie.. some even tell back stories what's gonna be next.. cehh! rasa nak sumbat mulut dgn stoking busuk.. Me? never gonna go there again for my movie treat... NEVER!! heheheh!

Friday.. casual day.. but stuffed with works to do.. bored a very packed activities this week, me and the gang decided to attack Alamanda for a movie.. Just Go With It! Review? A must watch movie.. kelakar tak ingat.. Aniston is simply amazing in this movie.. plus Nicole Kidman and Adam Sandler's gf is WOWWWW!! but the weird thing is that only the clan gelak sampai nka pecah perut.. and a very few other people in the movie.. weird jugakk.. depa ni tak paham ka lawak Adam Sanndler.. well.. whatever laa.. Just go with it.. Another visit to Coffee Village for a coffee break.. same old thingy with all the pakcik makcik entah mana mai dok syok sgt singing a very2 old song yg tak pernah dengar pun.. semua macam syok sendiri pulak tu.. confuse aku.. Had drinks and chat.. when suddenly this time the clan forced me to go sing at the stage.. in which I surrender to their request.. and sang 2 songs, a Broery song and another Jay-Jay song.. habis kucar kacir suara ke laut laaa.. lantak la.. hahahah!
Had fun.. and went back home at 2am.. update blog.. and tidorrrr...

MOVIE - HIKAYAT MERONG MAHAWANGSA

The gang wanted to be among the first to watch HMM.. and we bought the tickets for a nite show in Alamanda.. The movie? OK la.. reminds me of Pirates of Carribean at the beginning, and a bit of Braveheart the moment b4 perang.. overall.. ok! but what I cannot tahan the most was the additional commentator a few charis next to me yang bercerita as if they produced the movie.. adoiii bang! dok senyap2 la tgk movie.. letih den! I swear the next time I'm watching movie will be in MV, where no directors or scriptwriter or producers gonna watch the movie with me and tell their grandma stories in the middle of the movie.. hurmmmmm!

Movie - 2012

It has been a few days of checking out the tickets available for 2012.. unfortunately most of the time, it's full house.. damn! GSC phone checking is all jammed up and online reservation is also practically not working.. and it really pissed me off.. last solution, walk in a day earlier.. and got a tix at noon on Saturday.. never done that before.. so, without a proper shower, and not so good smell, we went to the movie.. heheh! The movie is marvelous.. CGI usage is really good that it felt so real, the storyline is ok, but sometimes went overboard when John Cusack seems to be a new American hero out of it, even Superman didn't have all the lucks like what he's doing.. hehehe..
Really thrilled and enjoyed it very much.. which brings to the next question, is this really gonna happen? and where am I gonna be during that time? hehhe.. it's true that some people may not like it, simply because it's all too much imagination, over-rated, not enough feelings etc.. but I totally feel that this is a movie worth paying to watch..

Movie => Jennifer's Body

Jennifer's Body is showing in GSC now.. and this is the movie I wanna watch, simply because Megan Fox stars in that movie.. Pretty sexy thing still looks charming being a ghost.. Not much of a must watch movie, the overall movie is just lame and boring and nothing to be proud of.. Even the lovey duvey movie Twilight seems to be better than this.. But the production is really exploiting Megan Fox to ensure people go and watch the movie.. and people who are stupid and crazily in love with Megan Fox will go for this movie to simply watch her.. like me! hahaha.. Just ok-ok movie I can say..
Can't wait for 2012 movie coming soon..

Movie => Final Destination 4

I've been a follower of Final Destination movies since the first one.. and the latest one being shown now is a movie that I'm not gonna miss.. so me and a friend planned for a movie outing and the only time that we can get the tix is 6pm show.. which I immediately grabbed.. As my workplace is closer to Midvalley, it's not gonna be a problem for me, thanks to my new best friends, cabs and LRTs for making it faster for me to reach my destination..
6pm show.. which means we need to berbuka in the movie.. interesting! Planned to get something near the berbuka time.. but as the movie got interesting, we totally forgot about berbuka, and only eat after the movie finished, near 8pm..The movie? Still cool.. but it seems like they are already out of idea, and the story doesn't really have a clear plot, it's simply putting it out on the screen on how to make the death more horrible, without even getting the true expression of fear out of the actors.. Personally, I still like the the 2nd one, highway tragedy .. and 3rd, funfair accidents.. seems so real that the scenes are stuck at my mind until now.. especially when me and Blackie were in the accident 2 weeks ago.. and really bring lots of questions in my mind.. like what if the bus or lorry were the one that hit from the back.. what if everyone is at their fastest speed the accident would be worse, what if the people involved in the accident aren't the good people.. what if I'm injured in that accident.. and those really are lots of what ifs in my mind lately..
Morale of the story.. don't drive in the fast lane when it's raining even when I'm at the slow speed.. I may be driving safely but others may not.. better safe than sorry..

Movies => Transformers

Went to watch Transformers at the latest The Signature Theatre @ The Gardens, Midvalley, courtesy of a friend who can't make it to the movies.. hahah.. thanks..
The place is really cool with double seating each.. really comfortable seating with a rental blanket at RM5 each.. cool..The movie is also awesome I unconsciously dropped my jaw during fight.. so marvelously crafted at a very detailed level for a film.. tabik spring 10 kali laaa..
Overall a good movie and totally recommended..

Wednesday movie ritual as usual for me almost every week.. and this time it's the International.. one of the most talked of town movie recently..The International

*** It's a cool movie.. but a bit too slow in terms of the storyboard.. what more with the expressionless and poyo face of Clive Owen in the movie making it slower.. heheh! But still enjoyed the movie to the end.. and I really like the Italy scenes so much, with a beautiful cinematography and fine exploitation of the city to the max.. really cool, especially those up the roof chase that's really awesome.. making me wanna visit Italy more than ever..

Movie: City Of Ember and DragonBall Evolution

I've been not in the moood to watch movies lately, as there's nothing much on the theatre lately.. and when I finally got back my mood after a while.. I ended up watching 2 movies over the last few days..
City Of EmberSynopsis:

One thing I don't understand is why the butterfly turned big when it reached the underground and back to normal when it when up the the ground.. heheh! It's a fantasy movie anyway.. what do I expect kannn?

DragonBall EvolutionSynopsis:

Simply C.O.O.L! It was such a brilliant representation of the comic book, and I can't wait for the sequel soon.. Too bad the movie is too short at about 1.5 hours.. and I wish they could have stretched the movie time even longer.. heheh! Totally recommended..

Movie -> Race to Witch Mountain

The movie outing after work.. and we decided to watch the Walt Disney's movie, with bunch of kids making noise in the theatre.. hehe!Synopsis:

Not only does the pair possess supernatural powers, but they're also trying desperately to escape people who have made them their targets. (movies.yahoo.com)** I didn't realize that this is Walt Disney's movie at first, and looking at The Rock as one of the cast, I expected the movie would be action packed, adventure thriller kind of thing.. Well, my bad.. and the movie isn't that interesting.. thank god Mr Jack Bruno delivered his part briliantly, else I will definitely fell asleep in the middle of the movie.. heheh! So-so kinda movie to watch for me..

Movie => Upin dan Ipin

It's a Malay based cartoon.. and it has been a talk of town since lst week.. even a few friends of mine went to watch.. and stressed to me that this is different .. and when I said that I don't watch cartoon, they insisted that this is a must watch movie.. and they even got me a ticket.. so I hesitantly join them..Synopsis:
Ada sesuatu yang mengganggu ketenteraman Kampung Durian Runtuh. Penduduk kampung menyebarkan cerita tentang kewujudan suatu makhluk yang menggerunkan menjelang waktu malam, namun tiada siapa yang berani mencari kebenaran disebaliknya... Sehinggalah Badrol dan Lim, serta rakan-rakan baru mereka terjerumus ke dalam misteri tersebut tanpa disengajakan. Seekor haiwan aneh yang tidak diketahui asalnya, menjalin persahabatan dengan Rajoo dan membawa mereka semua ke suatu pengembaraan, jauh ke dalam hutan hujan Malaysia yang penuh dengan hidupan liar, termasuk seekor ular gergasi yang mistik. Sertai mereka, dalam mengungkap misteri dan merentasi cabaran di sekitar keindahan panorama flora dan fauna Malaysia.*** In a way, it's quite a nice movie, the plot is simple, the characters are funny and the animation itself is very nice.. except at some point they exaggerated too much of the giant snake and giant leeches which doesn't seem to match the overall movie plot.. It's full house.. and I think everybody seemed to enjoy the movie.. The movie is watchable, and I enjoyed it too.. it's nice to get the family to watch it..

Movie => Pink Panther

Weekdays routine will just be work and gym, and movie on Wednesday.. and since I've seen most of the good movies shown in the cinema, there's nothing much to watch than The Pink Panther.. at MV of course..Synopsis:
When legendary treasures from around the world are stolen, including the priceless Pink Panther Diamond, Chief Inspector Dreyfus is forced to assign Inspector Clouseau to a team of international detectives and experts charged with catching the thief and retrieving the stolen artifacts. (movies.yahoo.com)*** Hilarious! very funny.. but not stupid funny.. the storyboard isn't that strong.. pretty simple plot.. but the funny elements are what the movie is all about.. enjoyed it right from the start and I could hear myself and the rest of the audiences either giggling or laughing out loud throughout the movie.. Aish Rai looks so weird in the movie though.. Recommended to watch..

Quite a few interesting movies in the cinema recently.. and I need to check out those few.. Let's go watch movies, guys..

Explores the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires known as Death Dealers and their onetime slaves, the Lycans.(http://movies.yahoo.com) ***** What more can I say.. it's definitely a brilliant movie... makes one feels like in the movie.. the set is wonderful, the CGIs were grabbed marvelously and I would definitely recommend thos who loves to watch fantasy movie and the battle between the vampire and the werewolves.. crazy cool!

2. INKHEARTSynopsis:
Mo Folchart possesses a secret ability to bring characters from books to life when he reads them aloud. But when Mo accidentally brings a power-hungry villain from a rare children's fable to life, the villain kidnaps Mo's daughter and demands Mo bring other evil fictional characters to life. In an attempt to rescue his daughter, Mo assembles a disparate group of friends --both real and magic--and embarks on a journey to save her and set things right. (http://movies.yahoo.com)*** It was quite an interesting movie with lots of fantasy stuff to bring one back to the wonderland.. but hey.. i do feel that the promo seemed to be more interesting than the whole movie.. made me a bit frustrated with the movies itself... Nevertheless, it is still a good movie to watch.. and I still enjoyed myself..

Nothing more interesting than getting yourself into the movie when the crowd is ridicously packed up on the street and almost everywhere during the New Year.. Me and friends are gonna watch movies to avoid the traffic jam after the new year celebration.. what movies? Check it out!

This is one movie I need to watch.. a blogger, Mak Lang also reminded me to watch this movie.. thanks Mak Lang..Synopsis:

It's a remake of a classic film if i'm not mistaken.. and Keanu stars in it.. so it should be good.. and as usual I hafta go and watch it.. Synopsis:
